QA / QC POLICY

Understanding the competitiveness and market needs, effective quality systems are essential when providing quality cost effective service and products to our clients. Our management is totally committed to providing services and quality that fully comply with the standards, specification and expectations of our valued clients. Therefore, it is a policy of PT. LINK PANGESTU UTAMA to adhere stricly to this quality control and to insure that the requirement of our customers are met on each and every project.

The quality  manager has the responsibility and organizational freedom to identify quality control problems, recommend solutions and verify resolutions of such problems.

Project Managers are responsible for their assigned project’s Quality Control activities. They may delegate the duties to a qualified individuals, but they shall retain the full responsibility for completing the projects in strict accordance with established quality control and other client’s specifications. The quality of all sub-contractors and vendors would be the joint responsibility of the Quality Manager and applicable Project Manager.
